Strategy Sessions
A concept originated by Silkscreen Consulting, Strategy Sessions should be conducted off site at a venue of your choice. They are for officers of the highest level from a wide range of departments.
Officers discuss the institution's compliance strategy and where each department fits in that strategy. Commercial strategies may also be discussed in a confidential environment for risk assessment purposes.
